About

Have you ever seen somebody go viral? Literally, watched them go from a somebody to a SOMEBODY on social media? I have. That’s where the idea came from for myBrand.exchange. I was running an ecommerce company when a creator reached out offering to promote my brand on his YouTube channel if I sent him some free merchandise. So I sent him the merch and waited. And waited.

He never promoted it on his channel because in the three months that I watched him, he absolutely blew up across YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook. And I couldn’t help but think to myself, “I wish I had invested in him before he got famous.”

But there was no way to invest in social media brands. Sure, Patreon, OnlyFans, and others enable you to give money to people, but the Creator Economy has disconnected brands from capital. In the old days, if you liked Coke, you'd buy shares in the Coca-Cola Company. And as more people drank Coke, the value of the company - and your shares - increased. Everybody won.

Today, the most prolific brands are creators on social media. And their content is free. Yet creators make money based on how many followers they have and how those followers interact with their content. Building a brand and generating income off followers who have no way to participate in the wealth creation process. That's wrong.

myBrand.exchange redefines the value of a brand while disrupting and democratizing the IPO process. Creators have a new way to monetize their brand while providing their followers with the potential to earn and grow with them.
